Amira is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist passionate about supporting the communication development of preschool and primary-aged children. Her experience in the field includes working as a Therapy Assistant while studying her Masters degree and then as a qualified Speech Pathologist and Key Worker in Early Childhood Intervention settings. Amira’s understanding of child development also stems from her personal experience as a mother of two young children.
Amira’s style of therapy is distinguished by her passion for family-centred care and connection. She strives to make a positive, practical difference in everyday lives and believes her strength is in her serious commitment to spreading smiles and staying silly.
In her spare time, Amira is often singing with her kids, folding laundry, or doing both simultaneously.
