Esma is a clinical psychologist and board-approved supervisor who has experience in working with individuals across the lifespan. Esma works in  general practice and community health settings, and has extensive experience working within schools.. She completed an internship at Austin Hospital Clinical and Health Psychology Department, as well as within the Royal Children’s Hospital CASEA program. Her interests include trauma, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders,  Autism Spectrum Disorders and learning disorders. Esma utilises Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Sensorimotor Therapy in her clinical work.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Psychology, Masters of Counselling, Graduate Diploma of Education- Secondary, Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) & Certificate IV in Life Coaching


Sandra has extensive counselling experience working in General Practice and also in a Secondary School environment for over twenty years.  Her areas of interest include Mood Disorders, ANxiety Disorders including PTSD, Borderline Personality disorder and Learning difficulties. Sandra utilises a range of therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychotherapy, Positive Reinforcement Therapy, and Solution Orientation Therapy.
